If like me you have at one time or another wanted to recover mail messages from your Orange mobile, you have to realize that this is not very intuitive. And since you are here, you probably have not found the answer.

First note that it is not about to automate the sending of messages to your mail, as this is possible with an answering machine Free.

This refers to manually retrieve messages from your mobile Orange. So subscription (s) SFR and Bouygues Telecom may go their way.

At this writing it is essential to use Internet Explorer or Firefox to get to read and download messages from your answering machine. Google Chrome does not seem to support: (

Step 1: Go to the site of Orange http://www.orange.fr/

Step 2: Go to your Customer Area

Step 3: Go to page Identification

Step 4: Enter your phone number and your password. Or ask beforehand that a password will be sent via SMS.

Step 5: Go to Messaging Orange

Step 6: Click on Voicemail

Step 7: Click the message you want to listen and / or download

Step 8: You will be asked to install a plugin and then you can see the player below and listen and download your messages in WAV format.
